Moe is Reef's friend from back home in Muskoka, Ontario. His job got awesome when one of his friends became the new manager. He has been heard speaking to Reef, but never seen.

He works at a place called "The Dairy Princess", a parody of Dairy Queen, both ice cream parlors.
Trivia
- Besides Sam McCloud, he is the only character to ever be talking to a main character on the phone and never seen.
- His voice actor is Terry McGurrin, who also voices Reef and Jonesy from 6teen, a sister show also made by Teletoon.
- It is a running gag for him to call to tell Reef how awesome his job is.
