Mark Marvin is one of the two chaotic sons of Mr. and Mrs. Marvin. He is somewhat the leader of the duo made up of him and Todd, his fraternal twin brother.

He is entirely bad, and will blackmail and torture people. He, however, occasionally has a nice side.
