The Golf Carts are tiny cars commonly used at Surfer's Paradise Ridgemount Resort at the Golf Course. They're all white (except for Baumer's Golf Cart, which is blue).

Even though it was said they only go two speeds, slow and stop, Broseph was able to floor it.
